Help Liam Fight Stage 4 Cancer – To be a Victor not a Victim

Liam is just 20 years old. This is him, last year, going to his matric ball (prom)- a bright, kind-hearted young man with his whole life ahead of him, ready to start a new chapter and eager for what the future will bring. 

He never imagined that his future would be interrupted by a devastating diagnosis: Stage 4 Neuroblastoma a rare, aggressive cancer that affects only 1 in 10 million adults, about which very little is known.

Liam lives with his single father, who is raising him and his two brothers. Their home is full of love, but resources are stretched thin. Since his diagnosis, Liam’s days have been a whirlwind of hospital visits, side effects, and uncertainty about what treatment will come next.

Liam does not have private healthcare and is currently receiving treatment through South Africa’s government healthcare system. While we are grateful for this support, it has serious limitations — long waits, limited access to newer treatments, and less personali...
