Help Madeleine to go to her Husband

Subject: Urgent Appeal – Help Madelein Reunite with Her Husband in Kentucky Madelein is Currently in witbank and Martiens went to work for H2a in  Kentucky a month ago when he started getting flue like symptoms and the worst nightmare hit this family where he got admitted in Mercy Health Paducah Neurology hospital Kentucky, *paralyzed* with  ( *Guillain Barré Syndrome* ) he can't do anything for himself and require Madelein urgent Help, and she can't stand not being there for her husband she needs to be by his side during this critical time and he urgently needs her Support.

Unfortunately due to  financial constraints are preventing her from traveling to be by his side during this critical moment.

Martiens and Madelein also have 3 small kids she needs to leave behind to go and support her Husband.

The hospital also informed them that they will be kept liable for all hospital costs For as long as he needs to be admitted in Hospital. Amount is not clear as yet.
