Help Marinda fight Stomach Cancer

My name is Awie Crossberg, and I am reaching out as a father asking for help for my daughter, Marinda.

No parent is ever prepared to watch their child suffer, no matter how old they are.

Marinda is 42 years old, a loving mother to three beautiful children — Chané (16), Marco (8), and little Ockert (6). Her children need their mom healthy, strong, and home with them.

Marinda has always been the kind of person who puts others first. She has a deep love for animals, a soft heart for the elderly, and will go out of her way to help anyone in need. Today, she is the one who needs help.

Around six months ago, Marinda began experiencing severe abdominal discomfort, constant nausea, and unexplained weight loss. As time went on, her condition became worse.

On 17 April, she underwent a gastroscopy, where doctors discovered a large mass in her stomach near the opening to the small intestine. The tumour had grown to such an extent that it had almost completely blocked the stomach outlet, preventing food — and even liquids — from passing through.
