Help me get my own wheels 🚘

Since I was 15, I’ve devoted my life to animal welfare across Gauteng and Cape Town. Organizing food drives and fundraising thousands. My Chloe passed away on 8 January 2026. My Koda still walks beside me every day and reminds me why I keep going. 

But without my own car, I’m not free. I’m still bound by dependence on others. My independence is limited. Every day without a vehicle is another day I can’t move forward the way I need to. Another day I can’t chase the dreams I’ve held since I was a teenager. Another day I can’t grow, learn, or reach new horizons on my own terms. 

So I fight. I bake from home. I sell what I make. I raffle my baked goods. And every single rand, after I buy ingredients just to keep going, goes straight into my car fund. I’m turning flour and sugar into kilometers. Into freedom. 

This vehicle isn’t just transport to me. It’s my key to independence. It’s how I finally get to stand on my own two feet and live the purpose that’s defined my life for over a decade.
