Help Me Keep Showing Up for Children

For years, I have been showing up for children — now I’m asking for help so I can keep doing it in an even greater way.

My name is Warda, and for many years I have dedicated my life to working with children and youth. Through the work I’ve done in after-school programs and youth development spaces, I have discovered something very special about myself — helping children grow, learn, and thrive is not just something I do, it is truly my calling. 

Over the years I have spent countless hours supporting young people, mentoring them, guiding them, and creating safe spaces where they can feel seen, heard, and valued. These experiences have deeply shaped the direction of my life and the career path I want to pursue.

I have developed a strong passion for supporting children and their families through life’s challenges — emotionally, mentally, and socially. I have seen firsthand how much of a difference it makes when someone is simply there to listen, to guide, and to care. This is why I dream of studying to become a Social Counseling Worker.
