I am Siyanda Mwelase, and I'm currently facing my Myelitis diagnosed 14th April 2025. It's a challenging journey, but with the support of people like you, I know I can overcome it.

Since my diagnosis with Colon Stage 2 Cancer in 2022, medical expenses have piled up, leaving me in debt to Lancet Laboratories and Ampath Lab, totalling close to R35,500.
