Help me to get my dad private care

Our beloved dad, aged 59, is currently facing a very serious and critical health battle. Over the past few weeks, his condition has deteriorated significantly, and he remains in hospital. Before becoming ill, he was independent, active, and able to care for himself, but his health has declined rapidly.
The doctors have explained that his condition is related to both his heart and kidneys. His kidneys are not functioning as they should, and his urea levels have become very high, which can cause severe weakness, confusion, extreme tiredness, loss of appetite, and a general decline in health. As his kidney function has worsened, his body has struggled to remove waste products effectively.
At the same time, his heart condition is placing additional strain on his body. The combination of heart and kidney problems has made his recovery extremely challenging. He has become increasingly weak, spends much of his time sleeping, experiences confusion, and has difficulty eating and drinking. Even simple tasks that were once easy for him have become difficult.
