Our 29-week preemie, Mianké, is currently in ICU fighting RSV and pneumonia on high-flow oxygen. We are urgently raising funds to help cover growing medical shortfalls and hospital care.

Our baby girl was born at just 29 weeks premature. She is now 9 months old (7 months corrected), and because of how early she was born, her lungs and immune system are still extremely vulnerable.
Over the past few days, what started as an illness became serious very quickly. She is now in ICU battling RSV and pneumonia and requires high-flow oxygen support to help her breathe. Seeing such a small baby struggle to breathe is something no parent can truly prepare for.
As parents, we are trying to stay strong and focus on getting her through this, but the emotional and financial pressure has become overwhelming. Some of her medical treatment and Synagis injections were only partially covered by medical aid, and many pediatric and specialist costs have left us with growing shortfalls.
