Help Prince See

Our wonderful Prince Tagurwa has been diagnosed with cataracts on his eyes. We sent him to a specialist a few weeks ago thinking that all we needed was glasses. The eye specialist recommended that the cataracts be removed soonest and he referred us to a hospital. The cost for the op, per eye, is R20 000. So we need R40 000 in total.

We tried the public hospital route but he was denied the procedure as he is a foreign national even though his asylum papers check out. He is worried about the kind of care he will receive at home in Zimbabwe and we would have to lose him for almost 6 months and he can’t be without work for that long.

We are looking at covering the cost to operate on his most severe eye. Currently all we have managed to raise is 10k and his eye sight is getting worse.
 

This is where we thought reaching out to our film family would make a difference. You all know Prince and have worked with him and understand that Imbiza wouldn't be Imbiza without him. He is the backbone to our business and has helped build this business.
