My name is Reuben Jansen van Rensburg and I am a 21-year-old Natural Strongman athlete from South Africa. Over the past 18 months, my hard work and perseverance have brought me notable achievements in various Strongman competitions:

- Arnold Classic U90kg: 3rd Place/Bronze Medal

- Southern Cape Strongest Man U80kg: 1st Place/Gold Medal

- South Africa Strongest Man U80kg: 2nd Place/Silver Medal

- Western Cape Strongest Man U90kg: 1st Place/Gold Medal

- African Strongman Union (ASU) Log & Deadlift Championships U80kg: 3rd Place/Bronze Medal

I am incredibly proud of these accomplishments, especially since I compete 100% naturally, without using any anabolic steroids. My goal is to become the next Natural Strongman World Champion in the under 80kg division.
