Help Rilandi to purchase a wheelchair

Please help my friend with this enormous amount for a specialised wheelchair (Quote uploaded under photos) for her very special girl.  Even though both her and her husband work full time, this amount is beyond what they can afford.  The medical aid is only willing to contribute R14 000 per year for specialised equipment, and that amount has already been depleted for other necessities.  Here is a note from her mom below. 

Our little red rose, Rilandi, turned 18 in January. 
We were given the devastating diagnosis when she was only 9 months old. Doctors told us that Rilandi has an extremely rare condition called Lissencephaly (smooth brain).

Although she does not sit, walk, or talk, she manages to slip into everyone's hearts. Being a teenager, our little Rilandi also has her preferences and can show her emotions quite easily, which are normally happy emotions. 
During 2016, Rilandi went into Super Refractory Status Epilepticus, a condition that is generally fatal.
