Help single mom seeking work to support her son

Hello, my name is Julia.

I am a single mom caring for my young son, and earlier this year my employment ended. Since then, I have been actively seeking work, but I have not yet secured a new position. UIF has been supporting us during this time, but those funds are now coming to an end.

We live in a small rented apartment. Our rent is R3,300 per month, and on top of that, we need money for food, electricity, and other essential living costs. Returning to my family home is not an option, as the house is overcrowded and there isn’t a space for me and my son.

This campaign is about helping us cover our essential living expenses while I continue my job search. Any contribution, no matter how small, will help ensure that we have a safe place to live and food on the table during this challenging transition.
