Help us bring Krummels home 🐶🤍

Our story starts when I saw Krummels (or Crumbs) at a shelter while studying in Potchefstroom. She and her sister had been seized from abusive owners and had just had a full litter of still born pups due to malnutrition. It was love at first sight and I adopted her in April 2024. 

She's my first dog, and I didn't know anyone could love a pet this mmuch. It took a lot of tender love and care, but she quickly became the happiest healthiest girl. All week long she looks forward to going to the dog park on Sundays, and playing with the other dogs in the pond! Her favourite treat is blueberries (and anything she can steal when you're not looking).

On Monday, 16 December, she was viciously attacked by a pack of dogs and ran off. We tirelessly searched the town and neighbouring mountains for 7 days. Finally, she came limping home in the middle of the night, dehydrated, bleeding and exhausted. We took her to the vet immediately.
