My name is Marianne du Preez. I really urgently need help after a long period of difficult times. In 2023, my husband Jacques and I decided to take the last bit of money R200 000 we had in our name and which I inherited from my parents and buy shares in a restaurant in Pretoria East. My husband worked hard to grow the business and it went well. Until my husband's health deteriorated a lot. Then my husband just started getting sicker and sicker, by July last year he had his first stroke. We had no medical and we did his treatment at home. It was very difficult because he could not take care of himself. I had to bath him, dress him and take him to the bathroom for his needs. I took care of him and also managed the business full time which was very difficult and I struggled a lot to get everything done, Jacques was very confused and kept shouting and calling when I was not there.
