Help us finish our house. 10 years has passed and we are stuck

10 years ago my uncle whom my mom helped raise wanted to build my mom a house as a token of appreciation. Construction started and as soon as the foundation was laid he backed out stating lack of funds. No attempts to help, just left my mom, sister and I stranded. For 10 years now this house has remained unfinished. My mom worked as a cleaner and she retired, took the money and tried to finish but it was not enough, my sister had to get in debt to try and help but still it deterred life for us. I'm currently unemployed and when I was working I tried helping out but the burden was too much. We are in debt, stuck and this house remains stuck. I have attached pictures below to show how it is and progress it made and what still needs to be done. I am asking for help. Any kind of help. My mom has stress attacks due to this house and it's taken a toll on her physical health and our mental health. I appreciate any donation that is made and I'm open to any questions raised, I'll gladly answer and provide clarity.
