Help Us Get Back on our Feet

In April 2024, our world turned upside down. Andrew lent money to a friend and business associate on a 60-day repayment agreement. Around the same time, he was offered what seemed like his dream job with the same person’s company; perfect timing, as his six-month sabbatical was ending.

But the job never happened. And the money was never fully repaid.

What followed has been a long and painful road. Over the past 18 months, we’ve faced complete financial devastation, and despite our best efforts, we’ve reached the point where we can no longer recover on our own. We’re now reaching out to friends, family, and the community for help - not for a handout, but for a hand up.

We urgently need R155,000 to cover essential costs, which include reinstating our medical aid, settling overdue medical bills, catching up on utilities, and paying outstanding wages to our groom and char who have stood by us through everything.
