Help young Mokoena get surgery

Good day,

My name is Desmond Ramaru popularly know as Des Ramaru. I write this to ask for donations for my boy Ahmed Mgweqo, famously known as Mokoena, Mokoena is just a kid from Sosolburg, in Freestate, a young individual who has been battling a rare condition that enlarges the size of his kidneys and affects the structure of his feet.

Mokoena was not born like this, the condition attacked him as he was growing

The young boy has been staying with his mom and siblings in the government buildings in Zamdela. Apparently, earlier this year(2025) his mother passed on. For now he’s only left with his sibling, who are also young and cannot do much to help the situation. Mohammed's journey to find relief from his condition has been marked by repeated postponements and uncertainty. For years, we have been visiting different Hospitals with no help, even though his condition is curable according to medical experts.
