💛 Help Save 9-Year-Old Zelnay’s Life 💛
Zelnay is a beautiful, brave 9-year-old girl from Laerskool Dalview in Brakpan. She lives with her loving mom, dad, and brother. She is known for her kind heart, gentle nature, and a smile that can light up any room.
At the end of March, Zelnay began feeling unwell. What initially seemed like something minor quickly turned into every parent’s worst nightmare. After multiple doctor visits, tests, and days of uncertainty, her family received the devastating news on 27 April — Zelnay has Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL).
Since then, her life has become a constant battle.
She was admitted to Charlotte Maxeke Hospital, where she underwent invasive procedures including a lumbar puncture, bone marrow biopsy, and the insertion of an IV line. She later received a port for treatment, endured frequent blood transfusions, and began aggressive chemotherapy due to being classified as high-risk.
The treatment is incredibly harsh. Zelnay experiences severe nausea, vomiting, and exhaustion — yet she continues...
