On Saturday 1 August 2026 around 15:30 Brandon Joubert (19) was involved in a serious car accident that has changed his life forever. Brandon broke his neck on 2 places and has sever head trauma.
Due to the extensive care that is needed, his medical aid does not cover all expenses in and out of hospital.
He will need rehabilitation once discharged from hospital.
After sedation was stopped on Wednesday, Brandon did not wake up, and the doctors confirmed that the Head trauma is worse than anticipated and he will be in ICU for an extended time.
