Henno Full Ironman story

"My name is Henno, and three and half years ago, my life took a dramatic turn when a motorcycle accident left me paralyzed in my right arm. The impact was far-reaching, affecting me physically, emotionally, and mentally. It was like my whole world had been turned upside down. But I refused to let it define me. I refused to let it hold me back.

In November 2025, I took on my first Ironman 70.3 in Mossel Bay and we conquered it, completing it in a respectable time. And now, we're stepping it up a level. I'm taking on my biggest challenge yet – my first full Ironman in April. My ultimate goal is to conquer this ultimate test, proving that nothing is impossible, no matter the obstacles life throws our way. I'm on track, and training is underway. It's not going to be easy, but I'm ready for it.

Through this journey, I hope to inspire those around me to push beyond their limits, fight back against adversity, and take on their own challenges. I want to show that with determination and hard work, anything is possible. The funds I'm raising will support my training, gear, and e...
