A man with a beautiful heart who struggled with addiction for most of his life.

Instead of giving up, Tom chose a different path. He walked over 1,000km for charity to raise awareness around addiction and mental health. And he didn’t stop there… he continued walking hundreds of kilometres, almost daily, to give back.

Through his organisation, The HoHo Project, Tom spread a simple but powerful message: One Love. We are all the same. We are all family.

Even while navigating his own trauma, he remained determined not to return to the streets. Helping others became his purpose, and in many ways, it helped him stay strong.

Tom also had a new chapter ahead of him… a baby on the way. A fresh start. A new purpose.

But sadly, his pain became too heavy to carry. We are heartbroken.
