It is with heavy hearts that we share that Joshua Le Roux (8 years old), son of Karla Lawrence and Brent Lawrence , with his dad, Stebastiaan Le Roux, has been diagnosed with Wilms Tumor (childhood cancer) for the third time.

Joshua is currently admitted to Rondebosch Medical Centre in Cape Town, where he urgently requires chemotherapy treatment. The cancer has spread rapidly to his lungs, causing reduced oxygen levels, and fluid accumulation around his lungs, which is proving difficult to drain.

Following chemotherapy, Joshua will require several additional medical treatments and procedures. Unfortunately, these costs are not covered by his medical aid, placing an enormous financial burden on the family during an already devastating time.
