HELP SAVE JJ KRUGER’S RUGBY AND ATHLETIC DREAMS AFTER SERIOUS KNEE INJURY

Fifteen-year-old JJ Kruger, a talented rugby player and all-around athlete, has recently sustained a severe knee injury that could shatter his dreams of becoming a professional sportsman. 

JJ, a promising scrumhalf on his school’s under-15 A team, is now in urgent need of surgery, followed by extensive rehabilitation, to prevent permanent damage and restore his chance of pursuing his passion for sports. 

The estimated cost of the surgery and rehab is R40 000, and unfortunately his family does not have the means or a medical aid to cover this expense.

His injury is not just a setback – it’s a race against time. The surgery, which will be performed by renowned Vaal Triangle orthopedic surgeon dr. Hartzenberg at Cormed, is critical to ensuring he can return to the field and the track without risking long-term complications.
