Dear friends, family, and compassionate community members,
My name is Annah Mmetja Kgobe (Matloga), and I am reaching out to you with a heavy heart but also with hope and faith. My beloved 9-year-old son, Amogelang Kgobe Matloga, was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) on 14 August 2024. Throughout his journey, Amogelang faced his diagnosis with incredible strength and resilience, and for a time, he was doing well.
However, on 5 May 2025, we received the heartbreaking news that his cancer had relapsed. Our family is now desperately seeking support to give Amogelang the best chance at recovery — a life-saving bone marrow transplant.
We humbly ask for your generosity to help us raise the funds needed for this critical treatment. Your contribution, no matter the size, can make a profound difference in his fight against cancer and give him the opportunity to continue dreaming, playing, and living a full life.
