At High Performance Training (HPT), we’re on a mission to redefine what South African fitness stands for - excellence, discipline, and community. Our athletes train not just to compete, but to inspire.
In June 2026, Sihle and Nk, two of HPT’s top athletes, have earned the incredible opportunity to represent South Africa at the HYROX World Championships in Sweden. Their journey is the result of countless hours of dedication, early mornings, and unbreakable teamwork - highlighted by their 1st place finish in the Men’s Pro Doubles (25–29) category at HYROX Cape Town, clocking an impressive 58:55.
Now, they’ve qualified to take that spirit to the global stage. 🌍
But to get there, they need our community’s support.
