In Rustenburg, something powerful is happening. Young people in Grades 8 through 11, full of potential and possibility, are being equipped with the skills and systems they need to own their future. IAWA is meeting these young people at a critical point in their lives, providing early, sustained, and holistic support - not as a last resort - as a proactive investment in who they are and what they can become. This program is anchored in the Positive Youth Development framework, cultivating internal strengths - confidence, resilience and purpose - and external support systems - supportive relationships, community belonging, and real-world opportunities for young people.

We believe that when young people are invested in early and are consistently engaged, the results are transformative. Not just for the individual, but for the families and communities they go on to shape. Pathways to Purpose is that investment. A sustained, four-year commitment to every young person who walks through our doors.
