I am 52 year old Bikini Fitness athlete that has been selected to represent the IFBB Gauteng team at the IFBB South African Championships which will be held in Cape Town from the 19th of August till the 23rd of August. This such a great honour and achievement. I have been coaching myself and I am proud to have come so far. My greatest dream is to be selected for the IFBB South African team to represent our Country on the International stage at World's. To achieve these goals at my age takes alot of consistency, discipline and determination which I definitely have and I will be glad to make each and everyone proud in my achievements.
