Bodybuilding World championships 2024
My Bodybuilding Journey began in 2020. I never knew what to expect & i had no idea how far i could push and challenge myself mentally, physically, emotionally & psychologically. This sport challenges you in all those aspects and i can definitely say it has been a Wonderful Journey filled with alot of great moments and highlights.
2024 im still here going strong, the yought scared girl inside me that started in 2020 is soooo proud of all the achievements ive made throughout there years i would have never imagined i would be part of the SA Team going international to represent my Country 🇿🇦and fly that flag high and proud while im doing what i love 💪.
This is one of my biggest dreams come true after all the hard work, sweat, tears I would still never take back any of my experiences. I have grown alot as a person, not only physically but spiritually aswell. It has been nothing but a pure blessing to be apart of the Women Bodybuilding Athletes.
