iLiso Magazine Fundraiser 2026

The last couple of months have been some of the most exciting and rewarding since the founding of iLiso. We’ve seen our project grow from strength to strength. We are excited for the next half of the year and we call on our community to help support our programme.

Key among our goals is to secure our own space and cover operational costs to ensure that our programme runs smoothly. Your generous support would help us rent a space in Cape Town, acquire equipment such as projectors, sound, furniture, infrastructure for video conferencing, pay honoraria for our public programming (which includes roundtable discussions, symposia, lectures, workshops), and occasionally, our team members’ traveling costs between Cape Town and Johannesburg. We are also in the early stages of planning our next issue; your contributions would help us realise this and put us in a position to pay our writers, copy editors, designers and do an extensive and quality print-run.
