Introducing Sports to the vulnerable children of F.F. Ribeiro Primary School.

F.F. Ribeiro Primary School, situated in Mamelodi, Pretoria, is one of our primary beneficiaries. The school does not have an active sports programme.

Our aim is to reintroduce sports in the school and ensure that learners benefit from the fundamental skills that are gained through partaking in sports. Participating in a good sports program from a young age can be linked to improved academic performance and overall cognitive development over time. In addition, regular and active participation in sports can provide physical and mental health benefits. It is also a great way to uncover hidden potential, enabling learners to nurture their talents and pursue their passion from an early age.

With the funds raised, we will fix the current field (which is not in use due to dilapidation) and transform it into a multisport field. We will purchase goal posts, netball, soccer and tennis nets as well as sports gear and other sporting equipment for the students.
