Join our Journey to Combat Period Poverty: 

The Diet Starts Monday Podcast team is a dedicated bunch of guys passionaite about fitness, wellness and making a positive impact on the world. We have come together with the CORA project with a shared mission of supporting young woman facing period poverty in South Africa. Millions of woman and girls are unable to access menstrual hygiene products facing immense challenges. 

Over the next five months, we will embark on a transformative journey culminating in the 70,3 Ironman in Austria. However, the mission goes further than the race. Using our podcast, social platforms, and mini campaigns we will be increasing the awareness of the difficulties around period poverty and bringing to light the woman's body. 

ALL the funds will be going towards the CORA Project and the woman of South Africa. We will be taking ourselves to the 70,3 Ironman race.
