I have lost my work and income during Covid in 2020, I started farming with Chicken to help provide for my family and the business really started to grow. I bought a plot from a person and the agreement was that I pay him R6000 per month and then a lump sum and I have 5 years to pay. As my business started to grow the seller demanded more and more money which had an impact on my business. In 2021 I put a stop to it, and told him I am following the original agreement, whereby he chased us from the land and cancelled the agreement, at that point somebody offered me another plot to rent with the agreement that I can do my chicken. In 2021 we moved into our new house and immediately started building a new chicken house. I was just about to finish when the owner came and told us to move the coop as it was build on the wrong spot, but she was watching us everyday while we were busy building it.
