Hello! We are from CSALT, and we are planning our Surf & Serve mission trip. From 27 May – 2 June, we will be heading to the Transkei, where we will be connecting with the village of Mdumbi.

During our time there, we’ll have the opportunity to spend time at a small local preschool. We’ll also be running a surf and soccer afternoon for children from the village — teaching them how to surf, playing soccer together, and ending the day with a Bible story and small bite to eat.

But… we need your help!

We have been in contact with the preschool and found out that there is currently 42 kids attending. As South Africa is now heading into winter the kids need extra warm clothes which we would love to be able to provide. If possible we would also love to provide some new teaching equipment for the preschool. We also would love to purchase some new soccer equipment and then food to feed the kids after the surf and soccer afternoon.
