We are writing to you with humble hearts to request your support for our beloved [brother/husband/ father], Jacques van Staden, age 47, who is currently facing a challenging time due to a serious accident, leaving him with multiple head fractures, brain injuries, and a knee fracture. He has always been a caring and loving individual, constantly supporting and helping his loved ones and others. He is self-employed and the main breadwinner, leaving us on our knees begging for your help with unpaid medical expenses and daily traveling costs, as the hospital is not in the same town we live in.
