Janine and I have been friends for over 30 years and in all the years I've known her and her family, they have never gotten a financial break.
Just when things get on track, something unforeseen happens and puts them 3 steps back.
Janine was retrenched during COVID and as much as she's tried, has just not been given an employment opportunity.
Her husband went into hospital in September for a minor procedure, which ended up being a major one, and none the less, has forced them into deeper, dire financial strain. They are on the verge of losing their home, never mind being able to put food on the table.
They are desperately trying to keep their son in college - just 1 more year to go and he'll be finished. He's studying incredibly hard and has done so well to date. Can't bear the thought of him having to drop out.
This family does so much for so many others and my plea is to return the blessing.
These funds will relieve them from the night...
