Help Jayden Van Huizen Take His Rugby Dream to France & Spain 🇿🇦🏉
A young player. A big opportunity. And very little time to make it happen.
Sometimes an opportunity arrives when you least expect it — and leaves you with far less time than you would normally have to prepare.
Jayden Van Huizen, a Grade 10 rugby player at Hoërskool Wonderboom, has been officially selected for the U/16 International Tour Team to France and Spain, departing on 27 September 2026.
The wonderful news came with one challenge: Time and financial cost.
Most fundraising journeys like this have months to grow through sponsorships, events and community support. Jayden's selection came much later in the process, leaving us with only a short window before the remaining financial commitments must be met.
We created this campaign not out of expectation, but out of hope — that many people doing something small can help one young player embrace an opportunity he has worked hard to earn.
