Jayren is just 5 years old and has been bravely living with Type 1 diabetes since he was only 13 months old.
His family is fundraising to help cover his ongoing doctor and medical bills, as well as the cost of maintaining the healthy, carefully managed diet he needs every day.
Jayren’s eye doctors have warned that keeping his diabetes well controlled is extremely important for protecting his eyesight. Without the right care and management, he is at serious risk of losing his sight.
For a little boy who has already faced so much from such a young age, we want to give Jayren the best chance at a healthy and happy future. 💙
