Hi, My name is Jayvin Chisholm, and I am from Cape Town, South Africa.

I've been an aspiring footballer since I could kick a ball. I had moments in which I'd challenge myself mentally that I kick like Ronaldo or that I make brilliant saves like Casillas. I signed to a professional club in South Africa. I've played professionally and trained with the best in South Africa, but opportunities are slim. I took the leap of faith to work harder than ever, mentally and physically, to prove I could make it even bigger in my career.

I did not renew my contract and went without pay for over a year, yet training every day in the gym and on the field. I drew interest from a Spanish recruitment agency during this time, and they'd like me to play on Tour in Spain, having the belief and knowing that I'd attract different clubs out there. After all the blood, sweat, tears and emotions of the process leading up to this opportunity, this is my make-or-break time.
