JOHAN'S HISTORY 57 YEARS OLD
Johan had a heart attack in 2001. He had in Dec 2001 a 4 arterie bypass done. Since then he has had 4 stents put in because of blocked arteries on his heart. He had electric shock to his heart due to irregular heart beat. He had mapping done to his heart because it kept on going out of rythm. He also received a pacemaker/defibrilator because his heart kept on
going out of rythm or in the event of it to stop beating. He only has a heart function of 36%.
In 2017, Johan, was diagnosed with COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease) a condition that causes airflow blockage and breathing problems. He was put on permanent oxygen support 24/7. Yet he still stays positive throughout his situation and always smiles even when we know that he is suffering so much.
