My name is Monique, and I am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for support. Today, I share the story of my aunt, Heidi Mienie, who is bravely facing an extreme stage C3 Neuroendocrine Carcinoma Cancer diagnosis.
Who We Are: I am Monique, and Heidi Mienie is not just my aunt; she is a cherished member of our family. A daughter, sister, mother, and grandmother. They reside in Phalaborwa, where Heidi and her husband, Tinus, navigate life with grace and resilience.
Why We Need Your Help: Heidi and Tinus survive on a meager state pension of R2080 each month. This cancer diagnosis has not only challenged Heidi's health but has also imposed a heavy financial burden on their lives.
The Battle We're Facing: To aid Heidi's fight against cancer, we are seeking financial assistance on Back a Buddy. The funds will be used for essential aspects of her treatment journey, including:
- Petrol Expenses: Enabling her to travel from Phalaborwa to Kalafong Hospital and then to Steve Biko Hospital for vital treatments.
