Joshua fighting Cancer

Our son, Joshua van Niekerk got diagnosed with cancer at the age of 1 year 2 months 

On the evening of the 18th of July, I was lying down and breastfeeding him when I felt a big lump on his right side under his ribcage. We immediately took him to the doctor the next day in Vanderbijlpark where at first they thought it was stool that was stuck but then did a sonar to confirm. That's when they noticed a possible tumor. The doctor then referred him to a Professor at Donald Gordon Medical Center in Parktown Johannesburg on Monday for them to do a CT scan and confirm what was wrong but we were very worried and called the hospital and arranged for us to come through immediately . When he was admitted that evening, the Professor immediately came to see him and immediately arranged a CT scan for the next day.
