We would like to provide a transparent update regarding the allocation of funds raised through this campaign.

The initial funds were intended to assist with medical and funeral-related expenses. We are grateful to share that those immediate costs have now been covered.

Going forward, all funds raised will be allocated toward:

• Legal fees related to ongoing court proceedings

• Guardianship-related legal costs

• The minor child’s long-term care and wellbeing

• Essential living expenses, education, and stability needs

As the matter proceeds through the legal system, there are necessary legal costs involved to ensure proper representation and the protection of the child’s best interests. A portion of the funds will therefore be directed to the appointed law firm handling these proceedings.

The remaining funds will be reserved for the child’s long-term care, including her educational needs, daily living expenses, and overall wellbeing.
