Hello, my name is Kekeletso Maile and I am a third year student at Stellenbosch University. Being a healthcare  practitioner has always been a dream for me since I was a little girl. That together with my passion of helping others and the desire to contributing to people's wellbeing has always been a drive to achieve my dreams and goals.  I chose physiotherapy because growing up my mother was affected by diabetes, where she was partially blind and could not even walk. As a child I had to take care of her and that experience for me centred  my passion in improving the physical wellbeing's of individuals who are to find themselves in similar situations as my mother. I believe that a person is a person through the help of others. I take pride in the fact that I am a hard worker and a resilient woman who is able to persevere in pursuit of their goals. That empowers me to maintain positive attitude and determination even when facing difficult circumstances.
