Abu Dhabi was tough, those Oomies hit hard - sjoe! I made it to the quarter finals but 4 full rounds of 4 fights was tough on the body and very tiring. But I enjoyed it, I learnt a lot and I will def do it again! Watch this space… :)

Flanders International kickboxing Sept 2025 update:
Thank you for helping me get to Belgium… as the only South African participant I actually managed to win !! :) I got a silver medal and I also won 4 Gold cups including the Junior Male Grand Champion trophy, that's 5 medals out of 6 divisions… it was an incredible trip and experience, I learnt so much… sjoe dit was lekker!
