​We are reaching out to our community for support for the sweetest 1-year-old, Savannah, who has been fighting a serious health battle since she was just 9 days old.
​At only 9 days old, Savannah was diagnosed with Multicystic Dysplastic Kidney (MCDK) disease. This condition requires ongoing, specialized medical care to monitor her health and manage her condition, as the affected kidney does not function.
​The past few months have been incredibly challenging for Savannah's mother. While she is doing an amazing job caring for her daughter, the constant hospital visits, specialized consultations, necessary medication, and growing medical bills are piling up quickly.
