Please help save my mom.

Hi, I created this campaign for my mother, she is 50 years old. She has end stage kidney failure and has been left destitute by her previous partner. She was diagnosed in early December. Before that he made her quit her job and move us into an almost secluded place and had her cut off almost everyone of her friends. The medical aid had been paying for her dialysis up until recently and her ex partner wants to cut her off and leave us stranded. She has become so skinny that it's not healthy. She needs a kidney transplant so that we can get her back on her feet and get out of here and provide for ourselves. I have a ten year old brother and we don't have our fathers in our lives. The photo provided is from December when she was in the hospital. Please, I'm really scared for my mom.
