My name is L.A., and I am the founder of Laine Wool Farm—a dream that began with a simple belief:

People deserve to know where their products come from.

Laine Wool Farm is a woman-owned agricultural and artisan venture that aims to become South Africa’s first true farm-to-fibre destination. Our vision is to create a place where visitors can experience every step of the journey, from caring for our beloved Merino sheep to the creation of beautiful handcrafted wool products.

At the heart of this dream are our two MoRo Flocks—our white and black Merino sheep. “MoRo” is our play on the word Tomorrow, because these sheep represent the future we are working so hard to build.

Our sheep are not simply livestock.

They are family.

Every blanket, every skein of yarn, and every handcrafted item will begin with sheep that are loved, cared for, and treated with the respect they deserve.
