I am Lauren Mukheibir, the reigning female African Champion representing South Africa in Sport Climbing in the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. I have been rock climbing for 14 years and to qualify for the Olympics has been a goal/dream of mine since I was a young girl.
I am trying to raise funds to support my pre Olympic training which includes maintaining my strength, health and mental wellbeing.
My team includes coaches, physiotherapists, biokinetics, nutritionists and sport psychologists.
I have the opportunity to train abroad and therefore will need these funds for international travel.
