Meet our brave little warrior, Leah Rose Els—an angelic 15-month-old from Nelspruit who has crept into the hearts of everyone who’s met her. With her sparkling eyes and infectious giggle, Leah brings light and love wherever she goes.
Recently, Leah was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of cancer known as Blue Cell Tumor and later confirmed to be ARMS ( Alveolar Rhabdomysarcoma )It’s a diagnosis no parent is ever prepared to hear, and a journey no child should have to face.
Thanks to the incredible medical team at Kiaat Hospital for all your support and especially the Doctors and the staff from the paediatric ward that did everything they can till she was taken to Steve Biko Academic Hospital
Thank you to Steve Biko Academic Hospital in Pretoria, Leah now has a fighting chance. She will be receiving world-class treatment there—an enormous blessing in the midst of a heartbreaking situation.
