Goodday everyone
My name is Leandi,im a mother to 3 beautiful kids of whom 2 kids have medical conditions.
I have lost my job in November last year due to the long hospital stay ins with my disabled beautiful daughter.
Some back ground information.
Emma-Rose is turning 8 years old on Friday 9th February.
She was born with Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus at birth,and her lower limbs were affected.Emma also currently battles with a Neurogenetic bladder and her kidneys are severly injured.
Emma will be undergoing another surgery in June month due to crusty adenoids,which makes it very difficult for her to breath properly through her nose.
Due to the lack of income and financial strain I am battling to give my child her very first birthday ever...therefore would like to plea and ask for anyone to assist me to make this day special to her.
